Following several years as a highly successful paralegal, CEO and founder, Ms. Patricia chose to expand her horizons by becoming a Certified Notary Signing Agent in 2005, she opened Patricia’s Come 2 U Notary with a vision of providing the untapped yet massive legal and real estate industries with mobile notary services that will be on-site when and where the client needs them.
In making her decision, she noted that these markets were in dire need of a mobile notary service that was affordable, yet could provide the highest level of professional services. IDENTIFICATION
THE CLIENT WILL HAVE TO PRESENT A VALID ID AT THE TIME OF NOTARIZATION. THE NOTARY WILL ENSURE THAT THERE ARE NO DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE NAME ON THE ID AND THE NAME ON THE DOCUMENT. THE NOTARY’S RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TO MAKE SURE THEY MATCH.
WITNESSES
OUR NOTARIZERS WILL ENSURE THAT ALL SIGNERS ARE PRESENT PHUSICALLY FOR THE NOTARIZATION. ALL THE SIGNERS SHOULD BE AWRE AND MUST SHOW WILLINGNESS BEFORE THE NOTARY. IF “WITNESSES” ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE DOCUMENT AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTAIN WITNESS YOURSELD, PLEASE INFORM THE NOTARY AHEAD OF T HE SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS AND REACH OUT TO OUR MOBILE WITNESSES.
QUALITY CHECK
NEXT, WE WILL ENSURE THE DOCUMENTS THAT NEED TO BE NOTARIZED ARE COMPLETELY FILLED AND THAT THERE ARE NO BLAND FIELDS LEFT BEHIND. IF THE DOCUMENT IS INCOMPLETE, THE NOTARY WILL DO IT’S BEST TO CATCH THOSE BLANK SPOTS AND ADDRESS WITH THE SIGNER(S).
